I found several cars that I liked and ended up with a beautiful Ford Taurus in pristine condition at a great price; it’s easily the best car I’ve ever owned.

| Wow! Finally, a used car dealership with integrity. I live in Coos Bay but had heard great things about Pacific Cars and Trucks so I called ahead. When I arrived on the lot they were ready for me. Keith and Jesse had 4 vehicles within my price range ready for me to test drive.
I was impressed with Jesse\'s knowledge about each vehicle and that a test drive was required before they would consider selling me the car.
In just over 1 hour paperwork was finished and I was the new owner of a Nissan Murano. I had a small crack in my windshield and Pacific Cars and Trucks ordered a new one and insisted on replacing it for me at no cost! I so liked the car and the car lot that when my fiancée needed a new car I took her down to the car lot and we found her a nice little Lexus RX300. And that is where everything went south. She drove the Lexus home and we immediately started having problems with it. After a couple of weeks of owning it the engine seized up and I thought that they did a great job because they put another engine in the car. But we were still having problems with the car. We started noticing that there was transmission fluid in the radiator overflow. And the vehicle was hard shifting and come to find out that was because of the leak. And it wasn’t doing that before they changed out the engine. So we went back to Pacific Cars and Trucks and told them what was going on. They did the right thing we felt and took the Lexus to a transmission shop. Apparently the guy at the transmission shop could not get the car to duplicate any of the issues that we had said the Lexus was having. And he said that it was an aging transmission and that all we would have to do was let the transmission warm up and we wouldn’t have anymore problems. But we still had the same problem and Pacific cars and trucks never offered to do anymore. So today my Fiancée was driving and the transmission went out while she was driving to work. When I contacted Pacific Cars and Trucks this morning Andrew, one of the managers at the lot totally washed his hands of the deal saying saying that since so much time had went by the responsibility had to be on us. Even though we had told them of the issues at the time they were happening. Moral of the story. Don’t buy a vehicle from Pacific Cars and Trucks. They will start out doing the right thing but in the end they will wash their hands if anything goes wrong and get belligerent and won’t take responsibility for anything.

I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Cars and Trucks. Andrew, Brad, Jason and team went above and beyond to help me get my new truck. I live on a small island in Alaska, and let me tell you finding vehicles and getting them here is not easy. I scoured the internet for an Excursion like the one I bought from these guys. They took extensive photos for me, any part of the vehicle I wished to see, they checked and re-checked known issue points. We even had an incident where they forgot to put the used tires in the back when we purchased new ones, and they kept their word and found a way to make it right for us. It is not often you find a car dealership that is honest and reliable, especially when buying a car from a thousand + miles away. Thank you again to PC+T and all the guys on the team.
